The staff were super friendly, but I won’t be back. There was a lot of trash left outside the building, and the hotel was noisy, with walls that seemed paper thin. Around midnight, it sounded like someone knocked on our door. Our room smelled strongly of smoke, and we all left smelling that way. My kids were stuffy afterward, and everything we brought smelled like smoke, so I had to wash our clothes as soon as we got home. We booked for three people but there were only two towels. Neither cartoon channel worked for my kids, and when I tried to give them a bath, there was no tub plug, so I used a washcloth. Afterward, the tub had lots of leftover fuzz that wasn’t from the cloth. They should be more upfront about the $100 deposit on top of the nightly rate. I hope the extra charge drops off so I don’t have to report it as fraud. The fee worry, along with everything else, made the stay not worth it. I’ve never spent time writing a bad hotel review before, but here we are.
