We were staying here while closing on a new home, and when it closed the team surprised us with a handwritten congratulations card. That personal touch meant a lot. The place was exceptionally clean, and everyone we met was friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make us feel welcome. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere warm and comfortable.

A pretty average hotel. It’s conveniently right off the freeway, and the basic room was clean, though a bit run down. The AC worked well. Breakfast was underwhelming, with eggs and sausage or cereal, so I skipped it because there was no coffee creamer.

The room was a decent size and clean at check-in, and the bed and pillows were fine for a good night’s sleep. The bathroom was bright and clean, though it only had a shower, no tub. Breakfast was basic. My biggest issue was the service: on extra days, the room wasn’t cleaned at all. The bed stayed unmade and even towels left on the floor were untouched. Really poor. There was traffic noise on one side of the hotel and pool noise on the other.

We came for four days so I could spend one-on-one time with my granddaughter, a first-year college freshman. We’ll definitely return. The room was amazing and clean, with a plush king bed and a couch that opened into a sleeper sofa. Extra bedding was in the closet. Breakfast was great, clean, well stocked, and changed daily, with fruit, yogurt toppings, assorted coffee and juice. The large bathroom had a glass shower door and plenty of hot water, which felt great after our flight. We also got to leave our luggage there since we arrived before the 3:00 check-in time. They called us when the room was ready at 2:30. The hot tub and pool area were amazingly clean too. The internet reservation was accurate, and staying here was a real pleasure.
