There were dead and live roaches on the floor and crawling on the walls once we got into the room. When I opened the door, one fell on me. The room smelled like it had been shut up for a while, maybe because nobody had used it, but rooms still need cleaning. It was quiet, and having parking for our wagon was a plus. It could be great if it were clean and bug-free. We come to Texas a lot for work, so maybe we'll try it again someday.

The rooms are a good size and have a large fridge and microwave, with decent prices. It's not the best side of town, but it's not the worst weather. Either way, it gets the job done.

Parking the semi was the best part, there was plenty of truck parking. The outside looked like a hole-in-the-wall place and could use some cleanup, so I was surprised by how remodeled and clean the inside was. I was a little upset with my husband for bringing us there at first, but the room changed my mind. The AC says it has different fan speeds, but it blows the same either way, which isn't great in Texas heat.

I'm staying here right now, and the rooms are really nice. No bugs at all, including roaches or bed bugs. I'd recommend this place to anyone.

I’ve been staying here for a few months and have enjoyed it. The place has worked out well, and I like having a stove and a larger fridge 😁. If anything comes up, he’s quick to deal with it.
