The staff were great, and using my free points was a huge bonus. The rooms, though, were pretty meh: outdated and not great. Don’t get me started on the TV, I needed binoculars to watch the football game. Maybe that was a blessing, since the Vikings played abominably. It was also really loud around us, with banging and pounding most of the time. I don’t think I’ve ever had louder workers or guests.

There was a big breakfast selection included, plus cookies and coffee available all day. The rooms were clean, the staff friendly, and the pool stayed open until midnight.

We got there before check in time, but the front desk lady let us in early, which I really appreciated. We stayed two nights and had a nice experience. The two twin beds were very comfortable, and the room also had a couch, two TVs, and a spacious bathroom. There’s a pool, breakfast is included, and the gym is fairly small. Vending machines and ice fill stations are dotted around the hotel. The location suited a short visit, especially since I had a car, with a handful of restaurants right nearby.

We had an awesome stay, and everyone was really friendly. Karen and Stephanie at the desk were great people. If it were up to me, I’d give them a raise. I rate this hotel over a 10.

The price worked well for me, and the location was convenient. My room was very nice, the food was good, and Jeremy, Mary, and Karen were wonderful. It all came together perfectly for my stay. Thanks so much.
