TownePlace Suites Sacramento Roseville

The rooms were thoughtfully laid out for a longer stay, especially for one person. They had plenty of storage, a double-entry closet, a mini kitchen with a two-burner stove and utensils, plus a couch and a rolling desk table that could be used from either spot. The beds were just so-so. We were kept awake the first night by a loud TV, which turned out to have been left on by the previous guest. On the third floor, we also heard very heavy footsteps from above or possibly the stairs, like a herd of elephants. The place was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was limited but good quality, with nuts, cinnamon fruit for oatmeal, different meats and eggs each day, and almond milk in the fridge. Better than some "superior hotels," really. Aside from the noise and the beds, it was a great stay and I'd come back.

Abby is a big reason I keep returning to the TownePlace Suites by Marriott on Fairway Drive. She treats us with warmth, professionalism, and real care every time, and I've been so satisfied with the service that I haven't tried other hotels nearby. I work at the property where I live, so having somewhere peaceful and welcoming to decompress means a lot. This place feels like a home away from home whenever I walk in, a real staycation for me. In property management, people say a bad experience gets shared with ten people while a good one might reach only one. I want to make a point of sharing how good every visit here has been. With so many hotels on the street, the comfort, kindness, and consistency of the service set this one apart. Five stars, and I'd give it ten if I could.

We picked this place to be near a relative receiving medical care. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the property had the usual TownePlace quality. Housekeeping could be better: the body wash was empty when we arrived, so I had to go find some to finish my shower. The Wi-Fi was basically unusable.

The lot is huge and shared with other businesses, so the $10 parking fee feels like greed. They don't mention the charge until checkout. Apart from that, the hotel was clean and comfortable, the staff were nice, and breakfast was good.
