The staff were all great, and Rachel at the front desk was especially helpful and accommodating, with really good customer service. The room was nice and clean, but the bed was hard and made it tough to sleep. Breakfast had a good selection, though the waffles were a little hard. Thank you.

The layout worked really well for our family’s 4-night stay, and the staff were friendly. We also appreciated the daily breakfast. But the room hygiene was bad. Behind one bedroom door we found a grown man’s dirty sandal, not a little kid’s shoe. The bed’s top comforter had several holes that were impossible to miss, and the couch was stained in several places. Carpet was coming up in multiple spots. The room felt poorly maintained, with a sloppy turnover. I rarely write reviews, but after seeing so many positive ones, I had to share this.

The location was quiet, and the staff were really nice and helpful. I stayed there for a month. The pool and jacuzzi were nice, and breakfast was repetitive but okay. The rooms were big, but the beds were old and in poor shape. I changed rooms three times, and every bed had springs that popped whenever I moved. Since it’s a pet-friendly hotel, my allergies got really bad during my stay. I won’t stay again, though it’s an okay hotel in a quiet location.

The staff were warm and easy to work with, and the breakfast and amenities were good. The rooms and shared areas seemed fairly clean. The pool got crowded quickly, though, and the hot tub jets weren’t working, so I didn’t get to enjoy it much.
