Housekeeping was exceptional, and the people were really friendly. The rooms were clean, and there was a small breakfast. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at, with good customer service. I definitely recommend it.

My room was gross and smelled bad. There were large stains on the bedding and bathtub, and the lamp didn’t work. I stayed four days without getting room service, even after I went into the hallway to tell them I needed it. The guy at the desk had terrible customer service, and the staff were absolutely useless.

The hallways smelled awful, and the carpet had stains and what looked like dog poop on it. Customer service was poor. The guy at the counter wouldn’t help, though he would take money. Even paying guests weren’t allowed to use the restroom while waiting to check in.

I was there for one night on a work trip, and I won't stay at one of these cheap places again, even for a night. The halls smelled like vomit, and the service was awful. Every request got a no: another key, extra towels, or a late checkout. When I went to the lobby for a pen just before leaving, I grabbed one before the clerk could refuse. He only pointed out that it was already 10:45 and checkout was at 11. No good morning, no asking how the stay went.
