I came in late just hoping to sleep for a few hours, but the room was filthy and the front desk man was rude and unprofessional. The beds had dirt and stains all over them. I know this is a cheaper place, but that doesn’t mean guests should have to sleep in those conditions. I’ll attach photos. When I asked to switch rooms, he brushed me off even after seeing photo and video proof. He told me to take him to the room and show him the dirt. As a woman traveling alone, being asked to lead a man into my room at 5 am felt deeply inappropriate and left me very uncomfortable. I didn’t feel I had a choice, so I let him follow me in. After seeing the mess, he reluctantly moved me to another room, then followed me there too to check it. When I said the new room was okay, he asked, “Is this room good enough for you?” then said, “Good, I’m so done with you.” I’m sorry I needed a clean room to sleep in. The whole thing was very disturbing and disrespectful. Quality inn, train your staff not to make women uncomfortable.
