The suites are very spacious, and the staff are friendly. Breakfast was decent, though the fitness room was fairly small. It's a very quiet spot, up on a hill by itself in a business park. There were a few dogs around, but they were friendly. I'd stay here again for a longer trip.

The owner’s reply convinced me not to book. Instead of recognizing the problems or offering a real fix, it put the blame back on the guest and showed no accountability. Taking concerns seriously is part of being professional. That exchange told me all I needed to know.

I only needed the room for about nine hours before my Greyhound bus, but was charged an extra $20 when I asked to check in three hours early. The front desk staff were pleasant and professional. Inside, the room was decent, though the shower had hair in it and there wasn’t even a trash can or bag. I also found a large cockroach as soon as I walked in.

We picked this place because we needed a full-size fridge for food for a family gathering, and it worked out well. Our one-bedroom suite was spacious, quiet, clean, and in good shape. The towels were big and plush, the bathroom amenities were nice, and the shower got very hot, just how I like it. Breakfast had a decent spread, including eggs, potatoes, ham, pastries, cereal, fruit, yogurt, and pancakes. The yogurt was fabulous; the pancakes, not so much. The woman who checked us in was very friendly and gave us a list of local restaurants. There’s a pool, though we didn’t use it.
