Aloft by Marriott Charlotte Airport

The staff were friendly and welcoming, and I thought the hotel itself was beautiful. It’s in a nice area with plenty of places to eat nearby. My love and I stayed at Aloft Hotel on May 27 and June 1 while traveling to and from our trip, and being so close to the airport made our plans easier. We couldn’t use the airport shuttle because our flights were early in the morning. I wish the hotel offered shuttle service 24/7 for guests with early or late flights. I’d stay here again when flying out of Charlotte.

We stopped here to break up a long drive from south Florida and were really impressed by the hospitality. The front desk team were kind, attentive, and welcoming throughout, always greeting us with a smile and making sure we had what we needed. Their customer service made the visit even better. Thanks for making us feel so welcome.

The WXYZ bar was a great surprise, with skilled bartenders and friendly, funny conversation. The rooms had a fantastic vibe for relaxing at night, and the hotel was convenient for the airport and the places I needed to reach off Westinghouse Blvd. I stayed five nights, and the staff were courteous and helpful. On the afternoon of 2/12/26, a young woman at the desk helped sort out a faulty key lock or card issue. Facilities staff arrived within moments, so I could quickly retrieve an important item I’d left behind and get back out. Thanks for the great stay.

The room was really comfortable and had everything I needed to relax while I was in town for a wedding at The Yorkmont, which was conveniently nearby. I did hear some noise from the floor above while staying on the 4th floor. I’m very sensitive to noise and suffer from PTSD, so next time I’ll keep in mind that I prefer a top floor, away from elevators and ice machines. William at the front desk is the reason I booked here. I called with a few questions before arriving, and he was patient, professional, and incredibly helpful even while clearly assisting other guests. He represented the hotel well and made a lasting impression. My stay at the Aloft Hotel in Charlotte exceeded my expectations, and I’d absolutely book again. Big shoutout to William.
