I’m very upset. I’ve been a member since 2022 and haven’t had this kind of problem before. I reserved rooms online, canceled one and added another, then came to the hotel from out of town with only a paper driver’s license because I’m waiting for the replacement. Their new policy wouldn’t accept it. The employee said I could cancel by calling the 1800 number. I did, and he was supposed to cancel the reservation. Later I found they still had me down for three rooms, including a room I had canceled a week before arriving. They charged me a no-show fee for that canceled room. I emailed and called, but the woman who answered was really rude, and they aren’t trying to resolve it. I feel like they stole my money. This isn’t how I do business.

I was in an upstairs room at the back. It looked fine at first, but the lamp didn’t work. The microwave wouldn’t heat my plate no matter what I tried, and the fridge was filthy, like someone had spilled juice and nobody cleaned it. There was someone else’s cup in the freezer, the phone was busted, and there was just half of a half roll of toilet paper with no extra. There were clearly people living in the back of the hotel, and people had music blasting at 2 a.m. on a Sunday. There was no volume control or anything. I’m never coming back, especially for $70 when the rooms are advertised at $50.

I was banned after calling customer service to complain about the bad service I’d received. I’d only locked myself out and needed a key. Sam was very rude, yelling and banging on the glass for no reason while my child was with me. Not every front desk worker is rude, but this one was nasty.

We got woken up by five cop cars responding to a man with a knife who seemed to be having a drug-related or psychotic episode, so I guess that was entertainment. The staff were rude, the room had missing light bulbs, and breakfast was a joke.
