The restaurant breakfast was good. Raqueal was our waitress, and she was pleasant and attentive, making us feel at home. Subodh, the line cook, made my omelette just right. During my stay Monday, February 23-28, everyone treated us kindly. The room was clean and smelled fresh. The gym equipment looked nice, though we didn't use it. I enjoyed the stay.

We stayed here ahead of an early flight to California. The hotel seems quite new, and our room was lovely and clean. We had lounge access and enjoyed wine, cheese and crackers, and some other snacks. The lounge staff member was lovely, Lorraine, I think. John Hadeem drove us to the airport; he was charming, on time, and handled our bags. Highly recommend.

After 24 hours of travel, getting the hotel shuttle at Charlotte Douglas was easy. John was informative and answered our questions. The hotel staff greeted us with smiles and were very friendly, and our room was perfect. We enjoyed the stay and would definitely come back and recommend it to anyone visiting Charlotte.

Tony was the only Customer Service Representative at the Front Desk when we arrived, and he answered our questions with patience and a smile. My husband and I felt very comfortable talking with him. He was polite and professional throughout, and as someone who expects great customer service, I wasn't disappointed. He provided quick, friendly, efficient help and showed real professionalism. Quality customer service matters for an organization to grow, be profitable, and succeed. Tony is an asset. We had a great experience with him. Kudos, Tony!

Tony at the front desk made a great first impression. They welcomed me warmly, handled everything efficiently, and patiently answered all my questions, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
