The Home Collection CLT: Kirkwood Avenue

I have documentation for all of this. A rodent lived in the walls and ceiling throughout my entire stay, the exterior locks were broken for 8 days, my dryer didn't work, and storm water came into the bedroom. I was in constant contact trying to get repairs done, but I won't stay here again. When I tried to reach an amenable solution, THC sicced their in-house counsel on me. One star for the excellent location.

For the last four years, I've stayed a month at a time at the Magnolia Avenue location to be near my children and grandchildren. I've also stayed in various apartments there over the years, and I have only great things to say. The apartments are lovely, comfortable, and well cared for. They meet every need, and I've been welcomed with tasty food and drink: cookies, juice, English muffins, butter, coffee, cream, and a bar with various liquors. When I needed help figuring out the TV, the response was quick and helpful. The owners and manager are kind, caring, and appreciate their guests. I love being there and am sad when it's time to leave, but I'm sure I'll return. Thank you to everyone who makes my stays so good.

Crooks. They charge you for pet pee, then claim there's "damage" because the cleaning lady ran a lint roller along the couch edge and decided my dog had been on the furniture.

The Home Collection provides excellent service, and the property is lovely in a perfect location.
