The bed was really uncomfortable, and I left with a crick in my neck. Still, it was a good stay for the price, and I'd book again. The room was clean and minimalist, the staff were chill, and the location was nice and walkable, with plenty of nearby bars and places to eat.

The rooms are large, modern, and very clean, and the staff are incredibly helpful and nice. The nearby area is pleasant and easy to get around on foot. This is a good budget boutique brand from Hilton, and the breakfast is quite good. There’s no pool, and the rooms don't even have a coffee machine.

The service is top-notch, and I think the location makes this a great value. It's quiet and close to a great city, with good restaurants right in the neighborhood. The rooms are a little small, and while the gym is nice, I wish there were a laundry facility.

The juice was good, but breakfast was disappointing: the eggs had no flavor and didn't even taste like eggs, and the pancakes tasted artificial. More than anything, though, I was unhappy with the room. It smelled terrible, was covered in pet hair, and the bed smelled like an animal had been on it. I felt sure the sheets hadn't been changed. I love pets and used to have one, but I always kept my home clean enough that visitors wouldn't know there was an animal unless they saw it. I spent a miserable night wheezing and with itchy eyes, eventually sleeping sitting up when I couldn't stay awake any longer. People need to do better about cleanliness when they bring pets. I won't be staying at the TRU by Hilton again.
