Alexa in the office has been nice to me since day one, and I really appreciate the staff's professionalism and respect. Bryce also handled my maintenance request really well. He arrived quickly, explained the work clearly and pleasantly, and finished the repair efficiently. He checked that everything worked before leaving, treated my home respectfully, and cleaned up afterward. I feel confident knowing maintenance is in capable hands.

Miss Sandra has been a real source of support for me while I've lived here. Whether I call or stop by the office, she greets me kindly and encourages me, even on some of my toughest days. She's helped me through difficult moments and has a way of lifting my spirits and reminding me things will be okay. Whenever I have a question or concern, she takes time to explain things clearly and make sure I'm looked after. Her positive attitude doesn't depend on the time of day. I'm grateful for all the care she gives me and this community.

The stairs could use improvement, but that barely compares with how bad living here has been. Since move-in, there have been recurring bugs in the units despite claims that pest control comes every Thursday. The buildings are raggedy, things keep breaking, and maintenance either leaves problems unfixed or does just enough to make it look like a repair was done. Staff often show up in clothes with nothing identifying them as property maintenance. Management feels unstable, with a new property manager every few months, and raising concerns hasn't gotten anything resolved. My living room light didn't work when I moved in, and there are noises in the roof that sound like animals running around. It makes the place uncomfortable. We're paying all this rent without getting a decent place to live. The conditions are unacceptable, and these apartments seriously need to be investigated. My experience has been horrible. If I could give no stars, I would. I'm sharing this so others can think twice before moving here.

My friend lives here, and the place is unsanitary. The photos are three weeks apart. There's dog urine in the halls; it's been reported, but nothing has been done. The staff aren't helpful. Don't move here!
