Brenda checked my husband and me in and was so sweet, with amazing customer service. I really appreciated how spotless the bedroom and bathroom were. The microwave was pristine, the AC was perfect, and all the outlets and lights worked. Nothing beats feeling clean after a shower.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the front desk staff were very nice. I had a WiFi problem, and a kind technician at Leap Networks went above and beyond to sort it out for me. I'd stay here again.

I stayed for a week and slept well. The cleaning staff are honest people, too. The day after I left, they called to say I'd forgotten my other phone, so I went back and picked it up. I'm very happy with this hotel. Thank you so much, and blessings to everyone! 🤩🤩😘😘😘

I was in town for my nephew's graduation from UVA, and my stay at the Redroof Inn at 2011 Holiday Drive, in Charlotte, VA was so satisfying. Rolin at the front desk greeted me with professionalism and kindness, and the two housekeeping ladies did an amazing job. I can't remember the name of the other lady, but Sindy and she took such care with the room. Five stars!
