Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Chattanooga Hotel

I work in Chattanooga, and my company always puts us up here. I can't picture staying anywhere else. The rooms are spotless, the beds are soft, and the service is excellent. It's a little more expensive, but I think it's worth it, and the breakfast is pretty decent too. I lost the remote in my room, possibly because the housekeeper bundled it with my sheets while changing the bed. I went downstairs and Nicole had another one ready for me. If you need something, they'll sort it out and go the extra mile. You'll enjoy staying here. -Conner J.

I won't choose the Chattanooga Fairfield again for work. The closed pool area was the last straw, especially with the weather at 82 degrees. I wanted somewhere outdoors to unwind after a day's work. I also found the breakfast food ran short, which put me off. The bathrooms had been updated, but the room furniture still looked old. Nashville's Fairfield is in a completely different league, particularly in how extraordinary the staff are.

The people working here were the highlight, especially Jackie, who made me feel welcome as soon as I came through the door. It's a clean, well-kept, dependable hotel. Nothing fancy, but a good safe place to rest. There are two restaurants nearby that stay open pretty late.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable enough, and the staff were great. Sleep was another story. This was the loudest hotel I've stayed at in ages: showers and toilet flushes came through the walls from the rooms above and beside us, and hallway noise carried right in. A garbage truck outside my window at 4 a.m. didn't help. I needed to sleep before a flight, so this wasn't the place for me. There are several quieter options across the parking lot.
