Check-in was easy, and the room was clean, smelled nice, and had a comfortable bed. I did find one small bug on the ceiling and killed it. There’s no breakfast and no pool.

The room itself was comfortable, very clean, and had appliances that seemed up to date. The Wi-Fi was fast too, though the password was written so messily it was hard to make out. The receptionist was frustrating to deal with. He couldn’t hear me or my sister even when we were practically shouting, gave us incorrect information over the phone about hotel credit cards, and wasn’t much help. The prices listed online were wrong, and there’s no breakfast.

We liked the comfortable bed and having both a couch and a desk in the room, and I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and nice everything was. The area seemed safe and pleasant. The tub had a crack down the middle, though the water pressure and temperature in the shower were just right. There were a few dated touches, like an old valance and bathroom tile, despite the room being clean. The walls seemed thin, but our neighbors were quiet, so it didn’t bother us. There’s no breakfast, but the room was inexpensive enough that we were happy to eat out. I’d stay here again.

There’s plenty of food nearby, and downtown Chattanooga is about 15-20 minutes away. The price was great for a modern place, and I didn’t see any bed bugs. The beds were soft and comfortable. The bathroom was very nice, with a brand new toilet. The 50-inch Samsung TV, fridge, microwave, and lights all worked well. The AC could freeze you out. A great place to stay for the money, and a bit of a hidden gem.
