Sleep Inn & Suites Buffalo Airport

The room was just okay. If you need an airport shuttle, I'd stay somewhere else. We called three or four times after reaching the airport, and still waited outside for more than 30-40 minutes. On the day we left, we had booked the shuttle for 5 a.m., but didn't get a ride until 20 minutes later. The shuttle service just wasn't efficient.

The shuttle drivers and service were great. After my return flight, requesting a shuttle and checking in went smoothly, and checkout on the last day was seamless. The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable, the shower had excellent pressure, and the unusual shape made it feel peaceful. They're a little dated, though. At the start, there was unnecessary confusion at the front desk and with the shuttle departure on my first day. Listening more carefully to the guest would have helped. Also, gated parking wasn't guaranteed as I expected. The day before my flight, I was told my car might be in one of three lots because secured parking wasn't available and the hotel lot had limited spaces. If the start of the stay had gone like the end, I'd have rated the service and overall experience four stars.

Sue and Ed on the breakfast team went out of their way to look after us and bring hot water for the big game 😊. There weren't enough towels in our room, and the shower was a bit skeevy. I'd stay again because it's handy for the airport and not too far from Orchard Park.

The staff were friendly, and the hotel was clean, though it felt tired. It's conveniently near the airport and offers a complimentary shuttle. Breakfast was okay, but seating and food were limited when we arrived 30 minutes before it ended, so get there early.
