WorldMark Chelan - Lake House

The busy street out front makes it a little noisy, but the location is great. You can stroll into downtown Chelan for shopping and restaurants, and summer lake activities are right across the street. I’ve owned with Worldmark since 2003 and visited lots of properties. What made this stay memorable was the staff. Omar, Shelly, and especially Alex went out of their way to make it a great visit. Their customer service was truly exceptional and made our stay wonderful.

We come here every year for the Special Olympics State Games in Wenatchee WA. It’s a great place, very quiet, and the staff are so nice. I recommend it to anyone.

We’ve stayed at this property many times with our family, and the location can’t be beat. You can walk to everything in town. The pool is really nice and usually not crowded. This visit, our room was across from the go-karts and mini-golf course, so the kids could go have fun while we relaxed on the balcony. The one issue was cars parked in the garage without authorization. They took up the space for our permitted vehicle. I’m not sure why the garage gate is left open during the day, but I’d suggest management lock it, especially during a holiday week, so guests aren’t left without parking.

You can’t beat the large, well-appointed rooms, beautiful pool, or the 100 yard access to the best-kept public beach in town. Choose your tradeoff: the road side has lake views but significant traffic noise, while the back side gets the bustle of people at the pool. Please, people, stop going hear and taking my options away! 😅🫵👊
