I’m happy with the sunny, south-facing apartment I moved into about a week ago. The place seems like good value and reasonably modern, particularly the units that have been refurbished recently. Alain and the rest of the front office team have been especially helpful getting me settled and comfortable in my new home.

Mr. Alain was welcoming and professional when he showed me around. He took time to answer all my questions carefully, and the leasing office replied quickly to each inquiry. Their communication and friendly, efficient service made the whole process easy and stress-free.

The garage door barely works, and the place doesn’t feel secure for the $3,000 a month it costs. The elevators are constantly out of order, and after someone raised the issue, the leasing office hid the maintenance certificates. When something needs fixing, the usual result is a half-done repair that fails within a day, or being told it isn’t something they’ll fix.

Alain Saizonou was friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming throughout the process. He gave me a detailed apartment tour before I moved in, answered everything patiently, and explained it all clearly. His attention to detail and positive attitude made things smooth and stress-free. Great customer service.
