Bell Overlake

Since the manager arrived at Overlake, there have been more social activities for residents, along with regular updates and reminders about keeping the community clean and following the rules. The property is kept clean, and maintenance responds quickly to repairs throughout the building. Management also follows up quickly when residents raise concerns, which is a big improvement over previous managers. The manager and team have been incredible. I’d highly recommend living here.

I’ve just moved into this community and have been impressed by the apartment and amenities. There’s a well equipped fitness center, printing facilities, office rooms, and a movement studio. The location is very convenient, with Safeway, Fred Meyer, and other grocery stores nearby, plus quick freeway access. The maintenance team and leasing office have both been helpful and responsive. Every request I’ve made has been handled quickly and professionally. I highly recommend the community.

Overlake made the self guided tour easy. The office was open, the lights were on, and agents were there to help if anything went wrong with the tour platform. Both office team members answered my questions, gave me a community brochure, and showed me where the amenities were. Compared with other buildings in the area, this was easily the best self guided experience I’ve had. At other places it was hard to find anyone in the office, door codes didn’t work, and I had to call customer service when nobody was even on the property. It was a poor experience. I’d highly recommend Overlake just based on how available the office team was.

I used to live at Bell Overlake and was very satisfied with my time there. It’s a nice community in a great location. The maintenance team was timely and responsive, and the office team was helpful when needed, replying promptly and keeping the amenity spaces clean. I had some concerns about my move-out refund, but a gentleman in the office responded quickly to my email questions and gave useful information to help resolve things.
