The apartments, especially the three-bedroom and townhouse units, are spacious and have very high ceilings. The greenery and shared areas are well maintained. As a home, it’s quite good, but the amenities make it feel boring. Rents are really high, and some units haven’t been fully renovated despite still being on the expensive side. The gym is tiny. Three or four people are enough to make it feel packed. There’s no cabana for parties or gatherings, or community hall for kids’ activities, dance practice, yoga, or other social use. The pool is often under maintenance when the weather is nice, and it’s small and poorly planned. There isn’t enough space for kids to play, no open lawn, and not enough parking spots. Pets are allowed, but the rules aren’t strictly enforced.
