We'd been forced out of our home by major water damage from a failed water heater. The first day or two at the hotel went fine, then the front desk shut off my key and threatened to make us leave, even though I had a receipt showing the room was paid in full. Instead of contacting the apartment complex to sort it out, they insisted the complex call them at 8 at night. It caused us a lot of unnecessary stress and ruined the stay, on top of everything we were already dealing with. I can't overstate how unhappy I am with this unprofessional treatment.

Julia at the front desk went above and beyond every time, and the service staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a good location and the rooms are nice. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back.

We spent a week here in August and had a great time. Redmond town center, eateries, coffee shops, parks, trails, and other facilities are all an easy walk away. Our room was clean and quiet, with a small kitchen area. The outdoor pool is on the small side compared with pools at other places we've stayed, but we prefer an outdoor one in summer. The gym is larger than an average hotel gym, with enough equipment for a couple of people to work out without feeling crowded, and the kids liked the Pingpong table. The gentleman at the front desk was courteous and friendly. Parking wasn't free, though, we paid $14 per car per night.

The room worked well for six people, with plenty of space, but that pull-out couch was awful and uncomfortable. It shouldn't be advertised as a bed for two adults. We enjoyed the stay otherwise: the breakfast buffet was incredible, and the small pool was fun and got sun all day. Redmond Town Center, a super cute mall, is right next door, with lots of stores nearby, from alcohol and groceries to cannabis. There are also art walks, parks, lakes, trails, and the new rail system close by.
