The location is a big plus for me: the trail, river, cafe, restaurants, library, city hall, and more are right nearby. There’s space to play sports outdoors, and the gym has two rooms, one with ellipticals, treadmills, bikes, and a rowing machine, and another with weights, mats, and machines. There are also two lounges, one with a small event area and one with two BBQ grills, string lights, fire pits, and a pool table. I can work on my game there too. I like my studio layout, especially the sliding door that separates it from the living room. I was unsure about the lack of patio fences on the lower floor, but the trees and landscaping make natural dividers, and there’s a cute built-in bench in wood and stone that works well for potted plants. I checked out the available parking spaces in person, and my spot worked out nicely. You do hear normal apartment sounds like footsteps, plumbing, and occasional voices. Hallway noise is brief when people pass right by the door, and the walls on either side block sound pretty well. If noise gets excessive, management does remind the neighborhood about the sound rules and other guidelines. Trash chutes can fill up sometimes, like around holidays, but once you know the schedule it’s manageable. Trash Butler service is available too. Cheyenne, Larry, Justin, and the rest of the team have been kind and helpful. They found carts so I could move things after I hurt my knee, greet me warmly, and answer my questions. You can tell they care about residents, and that was one of the main reasons I renewed my lease. I’m glad I found this cozy, beautiful place to call home. Thank you!
