The elevator got stuck when I was heading up to check whether we’d left anything before checkout. It seems to happen a lot, since the front desk woman immediately told me what to do if I got stuck again. The room itself was spacious and clean, the bed comfortable, and the man who checked me in early, just after 1 p.m., was extremely nice. Breakfast was the reason I chose this hotel before my son’s weekend basketball tournaments, but the advertised 7 a.m. weekend breakfast was just cereal, waffles with no syrup or toppings, apples, and oranges. No bagels or eggs, or the usual breakfast options. If they advertise a Rise and Shine breakfast, they should actually serve one. I probably wouldn’t stay again if I needed breakfast without going out.

That gym is amazing! Check-in and checkout were smooth, and the staff were friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. Our room felt modern, spacious, and clean, with a full kitchenette, fridge, microwave, sink, dishes, and lots of storage. It was handy for quick breakfasts and late-night snacks, especially for a longer stay. The complimentary breakfast had a good variety, and the shared spaces were inviting and well kept. We’d absolutely stay at Home2 Suites again for business, a move, or just a comfortable extended visit.

Breakfast was very good, with lots of choices including eggs, bacon, sausage, bagels, waffles, and yogurt. The lobby also has coffee and tea available around the clock, and parking was easy. My mom and I spent two nights at the brand new Home2Suites in Chelmsford, in room 516. The five-floor hotel is right by the 495 highway. Our spacious room was clean and had plenty of amenities, including a convenient kitchenette, a closet, and lots of drawers. The shower pressure was good and we had no trouble getting hot water. Staff were friendly throughout. We’d stay again next time we’re in the area. Thanks to the staff for making the visit great.

Today, 2/9/26, I tried to check in here. The older woman at the front desk told me I couldn’t stay unless I paid a $250 security deposit on top of the room charge. She said people had been doing drugs there, then added that she wasn’t calling me a bad apple. FYI, I’m Black.
