The team made the biggest difference for me. They were attentive, friendly, and genuinely willing to help with whatever I needed. The hotel was cozy, clean, and well cared for, and I felt at ease as soon as I arrived. I’d happily return and recommend it to anyone wanting a comfortable stay with kind service.

The beds were so comfortable, and everything from the rooms and laundry area to the coffee station, breakfast, and fitness center was clean and thoughtfully looked after. The staff were incredible, warm and helpful in every interaction. I loved the coffee, and the waffle breakfast was especially cute, with chocolate chips, whipped cream, and jam. This unexpected three-day stay at the Hampton Inn in Chelsea was affordable and such a good experience. Thanks!

A handy place to stay near the airport. The shuttle drivers were outgoing and kind, and the staff were incredibly nice, from helping with the shuttle to check-in, room details, and bookings. I’d definitely stay here again.

The room was comfortable, and there’s a shopping center across the street, so getting food later in the day was easy. I heard one truck backing into a warehouse around 11 pm, but it wasn’t going on all night. My only real complaint was the bedside light flickering. Staff were accommodating: they let me have breakfast before checking in, and when I booked the 4 am airport shuttle, they offered a breakfast bag to go. The driver stopped at each passenger’s terminal based on their flight and helped load and unload bags.
