The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable, and breakfast is about average for a hotel in this price range. But the smell of pot comes through the ventilation from the back of the building, whether your room is marked non-smoking or not. There are mostly construction workers staying here during the week. If that's the crowd they want to cater to, fine, but I won't stay again.

I was in room 107, the second-to-last room on the right, and it felt haunted. I was alone, but kept feeling an overwhelming presence and finding cold spots. The microwave would switch on by itself, and the television did too.

This time was the first of my many stays here when I saw a roach in the room. The rooms are fairly clean, and the bathroom could use an update, though it's okay for the price. The location is great, just off the main road in cheraw and beside restaurants. I skipped breakfast, so can't comment on it. It's an okay hotel, and I'd stay again.

The rooms are a little dated, but clean, and the prices are decent. Staff are friendly and courteous, the location is good, and breakfast is decent too. Parking's tight, but there's an empty plaza lot next door if you've got a trailer.

We had a very comfortable first-floor accessible room with two beds, and our dog came along for a reasonable $20 pet fee. The beds were clean and the pillows comfortable. Some furnishings were a little old, like the carpet instead of hard flooring and the older lamps, but everything was very nice for the reasonable price. Kylie, Heather, and the Sunday morning front desk and cafe attendants were wonderful. Mgr. Heather invited us back, especially for the Dizzy Gillespie Festival, since Cheraw was his hometown.
