Marcia was so sweet and professional when my sugar daddy and I picked up our room key. It didn’t work when we got to the room, but she simply moved us to another one and handled it like it was no problem. We loved her attitude, and it made our night even better.

The new management seems to care and is working hard to upgrade the property. The office staff have been friendly and very accommodating. I’ve had a really nice couple of nights here and will definitely be back.

I will never come back. The room had roaches, no smoke detector, a sink that wouldn’t stop running, and a toilet that kept overflowing. Customer service was bad. In cold weather, they’ll put people out, including elderly people, with the police department, even during a state emergency. They wouldn’t work with a customer who had been there a while and had almost all of the room payment, short by $8.00, even though the funds were on the way. They also accused me of stealing things that were still in the room and never apologized for the false claim. They had no problem sending disabled and elderly people into freezing cold weather. Do not go to this hotel.

During a winter storm, our house caught fire, and Red Roof was incredibly kind and accommodating. They did everything they could to help, and we’re so grateful. They’re also upgrading a lot. I’d recommend staying there.
