The room was dirty and smelled strongly of marijuana, and the hotel looked nothing like its online pictures. I felt neither safe nor comfortable there. The surrounding area also seemed unsafe.

There wasn’t even soap in the room, and we had just one washcloth. The sheets still had blood on them, so they clearly hadn’t been changed. I wouldn’t stay here again. The supervisor needs to do a better job checking rooms after the workers, and these days you have to check the sheets yourself when you stay at a hotel.

The location is excellent and the rooms are clean. Customer service, honestly, was pretty limited.

I didn’t stay the night. When I came back for my things in the morning, the fourth floor and our room still had thick white smoke hanging in the air, with a strong chemical smell. It was intense enough to feel like it could take you to the moon without a space shuttle. We had a smoking room, but this wasn’t cigarette or flower smoke. The whole floor was heavily smoked out when we checked in at 3pm, and the same strong chemical smell had filled our room. The windows don’t open, and people seemed to be burning just about anything. The staff knows this isn’t acceptable. At least put a fan in the hallway or something. If you want a place where you can breathe, this isn’t it.
