We had to leave right away. The room was disgustingly dirty, with bathroom mold, stained sheets, broken blinds and cabinets, and chair pads whose vinyl was peeling. The whole place smelled of smoke and mold, including the hallway. Babies were crying and dogs barking, and someone who passed us had their pants hanging down and appeared to be on drugs. My sister's room was okay, though. For me, this was a zero rating.

The building needs attention. Some rooms and furniture are dated, and the appliances, mattresses, and worn areas could use upgrades. That seems like an investment for the corporate team, not something the on-site staff can fix. With renovations and updated equipment, I think this could become a top choice in the area. The staff, especially the General Manager, were professional, helpful, and responsive, and they're doing what they can with what they have. The customer service is already there. I hope corporate gives this location the support it deserves.

The floors were so disgusting I wished I'd brought extra socks. The neighbors were loud, the room was filthy, and the staff were unprofessional. I booked two nights and left after just one because the place was unbearable. The manager and staff should be embarrassed. Don't book here.
