Simply Bed & Bread

Breakfast was delicious, with fruit, omelettes, yogurt, and more. The fresh-baked biscuits and cinnamon buns were amazing. We had a lovely stay at Simply Bed & Bread. The owners were friendly and sweet while still giving us plenty of privacy, and our room was comfortable and charming. We'd stay again if we're in Chestertown.

Cheryl loves fresh ingredients, interesting recipes, and baking, and it really shows in her cooking. Spending a night at Simply Bed and Bread felt like visiting dear friends, except they don't cook or spoil you quite the way Cheryl does. Downtown Chestertown is an easy short walk away. You can sit on the front porch and meet the neighbors. The whole experience was the best!!!

Chestertown is a sleepy town, which made it a lovely spot for pure relaxation. My husband and I came for a weekend retreat to celebrate our first anniversary and "babymoon," and we'll definitely be back. The hospitality started when I booked: I got a call asking about our favorite cookie and what we liked for breakfast. We were greeted Saturday afternoon with warm smiles and fresh-baked cookies, then got great dining recommendations and a delicious breakfast spread.

Cheryl and David were some of the nicest people we've met. My husband and I stopped for one night and had a great experience. The rooms were clean and charming, the shower had great water pressure, and there was hot coffee on the porch. The homemade breakfast was delicious. Stay here if you get the chance.
