Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites - Cheyenne by IHG

We stayed for a week and had great interactions with people from the kitchen, front desk, maintenance, and other areas. Everyone was friendly and professional. The rooms and facilities were clean, and the hotel had a great workout area. A great stay overall.

We'd been traveling for a week, and this was by far the nicest hotel of the trip. The staff were friendly, the breakfast was very nice, and everything was super clean. I'd highly recommend it!

Our first visit to Wyoming, and we're glad we stayed here. We came from Iowa, and most of our football families stayed at the hotel too. Michael made our late check-in incredibly easy, it took about a minute. The free breakfast was delicious, and Sammy and Brandi (with an i 😁) were phenomenal and so nice. They went above and beyond. We stayed two nights and would definitely come back. Nic was great at checkout, and the cleaning crew were friendly and left us a pleasant note. The rooms were clean and spacious, close to the interstate and not far from downtown. Thanks for a great experience.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of parking, and breakfast had bacon, eggs, sweet roll, and more. It's a great place for a restful night, with a steakhouse within walking distance. The room was a bit pricey, but worth it. The hotel deserves five stars, even though at 9am housekeeping were talking loudly enough that I opened the door and took a picture, hoping they'd get the message. Checkout wasn't until 11am, and my husband and I still had over an hour to sleep. We'd been traveling for days and really needed the rest. I hope those ladies are spoken to so future guests aren't disturbed the same way.
