Terry and Stacey in leasing really stood out. They were fantastic throughout the process, walked us through each step, and were open about what living at the Lofts would be like. We didn't end up renting at River West Lofts only because we found a place closer to work. The apartments are lovely, with gorgeous exposed brick and floor plans that make good use of the space. The finishes are top notch, and the rent seemed reasonable for Chicago. I'd definitely recommend River West Lofts to anyone considering a move.

After nearly six years at River West Lofts, my husband and I recently bought a home. If we hadn't, we would've been very happy to stay. The management team is friendly, communicates updates clearly, and responds quickly to questions or service needs. I always felt safe in the building and neighborhood. The building stays clean, the tenants are respectful, and the rooftop has a gorgeous, unobstructed skyline view. We definitely recommend RWL.

I only moved out of River West Lofts because I was leaving Chicago. I was happy there for over five years, especially given how many places there are to live nearby. Terry and Nick were friendly and incredibly helpful, some of the best management I've experienced after renting in several major cities in professionally managed buildings. Maintenance was excellent too, timely and done right. The covered parking was easy to access and secure. It's a great neighborhood, steps from the Blue Line and the expressway, and Big Shoulders Coffee is local and amazing.

The rooftop view is unbeatable, and the gym has free weights. I've lived here for six years and found the staff wonderful and friendly. The rooms are spacious and great for cats, and the spot near CTA is hard to beat. The neighborhood is very walkable, with a grocery store, cafes, and terrific casual dining just a few blocks away.
