The location made the cold weekend easy. We could pop over to the Lego Store, American Girl store, and the Harry Potter store without spending long outside. At NOMI Lounge and Restaurant, both breakfast and lunch were great, and I appreciated the kids menu. We did have a long wait for the bill at the end of both meals. Our corner Lake View room was a welcome upgrade from the Water Tower View room we booked. My four-year-old spent most of his time at the window seat, reading and watching what was happening below. We also tried the pool one morning. The swim was nice, but the men's locker room had wet floors and towels all over, and didn't feel as clean or premium as the rest of the hotel. We were there as a family for a December weekend, booked through AMEX with FHR benefits. They explained the benefits clearly at check-in, and we appreciated them. We'd definitely come back for the central location, room amenities, and great views.

We had such a hard time leaving today. The room was so comfortable, clean, and the room service was great. The staff were incredibly friendly, too. We came to park hyatt for our anniversary with our one-year-old, and ended up cancelling all our other reservations so we could enjoy more of the stay. It was an incredible weekend, and we only wished we'd booked longer. Can't wait to come back. 5++++!!!

Valet parking costs an arm and a leg, though even that Chicago-sized bill didn't take much away from our stay. The location is unbeatable, the service was impeccable, and the hotel felt like a luxurious home. We left relaxed and recharged, already talking about coming back. We were celebrating our 19th wedding anniversary, and Park Hyatt Chicago was a wonderful setting for it. The building has a beautiful modern look with a timeless feel, and our immaculate, comfortable room had a lovely view. From the front desk to housekeeping, everyone was warm, sincere, and professional. The thoughtful touches made us feel celebrated, and turned a great stay into one we'll remember. For a special occasion, you can't do better. Five stars all around!

The concierge team, with Casey Frankel taking the lead, sent up complimentary sparkling wine and cake. Every request was handled quickly, and everyone we met seemed to genuinely enjoy helping us. Those little details made us feel celebrated and honored during our birthday weekend. We left eager to return and happy to recommend the hotel. We're native Chicagoans and chose this Magnificent Mile location because I love the care a luxury brand can put into hospitality. They delivered. At check-in, we learned we'd been upgraded at no charge to a high-floor suite. It was beautiful and well appointed, with a soaking tub and striking lake and city views. Well done!

Alex and Casey were warm and really helpful. The pool and sauna room are nice, too. Nothing to complain about, just the best hotel I've stayed at in Chicago.
