I stayed there on Valentine’s day and it was really great, especially the deluxe room. Everything was gd, and the front desk guy responded quickly and was very nice.

The Saratoga Motel on Cicero feels much more welcoming since the new management took over. It's been refreshed, with cleaner rooms, updated amenities, and better upkeep all around. The staff are friendly, attentive, and seem proud of the improvements. Check-in was smooth, and the motel now offers good value and comfort, a huge step up from how it used to be.

I had a great time, and the area was really nice. The room was clean too. The bed was too hard, though, and the sink didn’t work.

I’d seen comments mentioning bedbugs, but there’s new management now, and I didn’t see any when I visited. Everything was clean and good, and the staff were really friendly. A good place to stay.
