Castle Inn & Suites By OYO Chickasha

People were shouting and dogs barked through the night, and the chain lock on the door had been put on backwards so it couldn't be used. I felt unsafe enough to sleep with my pistol beside me. There were roaches that didn't even run away and pubic hair in the shower. We had no option to go somewhere else. Before I leave, I plan to take a very hot shower, then clean everything I brought with me.

The online rate through Oyo was quoted higher than what I ended up paying, but that didn't make the room much better. The key wouldn't open the first room, so I was moved. There were no curtains until staff brought some, the pillows were crooked, and there wasn't a trash can. The bathroom vanity had a crack all the way through, paint was scattered across the toilet and tub floor, and there were dead bugs in the refrigerator. It looked like some painting may have been done recently. I know they're remodeling, but maybe they should work on a group of rooms at a time. I doubt I'll stay again.

Andrea made the stay for me. She was welcoming from the start, took care of my small issues promptly with her team, and made sure I was comfortable. The room was clean, maintained well, and had what I needed. The location was convenient for restaurants and local attractions, and the rate was affordable. Andrea's attention to guests really stood out. I'd recommend the motel and am grateful for how enjoyable she made my visit.

We were gone within 15 minutes. The room smelled strongly of cat urine, everything seemed stained, and grime had stuck the shower curtain together so the shower couldn't be used. The chain lock was installed backwards, and the lower deadbolt was so hard to work that I had to shake both doors to get them to lock. We had booked a three-bed room two hours earlier, but on arrival the woman said only a two-bed room with a couch was available, even though there were just ten cars in the lot. Kids who appeared to live there banged on doors, and next door children were screaming while a baby cried without anyone attending to it. Disgusting. I'm worried this place may be involved in human trafficking.
