The breakfast was far better than any we’ve had before, and the morning breakfast lady was friendly, helpful, and did a great job. Staff overall were great and clearly take pride in their work. The bed was comfy, and the updates going on didn’t bother us. Reserving by phone was easy, and so was checkout. This place was a very pleasant surprise.

There were thoughtful touches throughout, like the scented wax warmer making the lobby smell lovely and the cute Valentines decorations. Those small details make the place feel more welcoming and help it stand out. The staff were a real treasure, from the very nice woman at check-in to the breakfast attendant, who was friendly, fun, attentive to details, and kept everything tidy and stocked. This Quality Inn had the widest breakfast selection of any we’ve visited, which says a lot since we mostly stay at Choice Hotels and travel regularly for work. Our overnight stay was January 11 to January 12, and we rested well after hours of driving. The hotel is a little dated, but it’s in the middle of a remodel and is being well cared for. The front desk woman let us know workers would resume around 8 to 8:30am, after we’d be gone, and that there was no elevator. They gave us a first-floor room to address that. The room was clean, and the medium-firm beds were just right for our sore backs. I’m looking forward to seeing it after the remodel and think it could be an even better place to rest for the money. I hope management appreciates and takes care of the employees who look after guests so well. Thanks for the much-needed rest, clean hotel, and wonderful staff who make this hidden gem sparkle.

The breakfast had great choices, and staff quickly kept the coffee and food replenished. The room was very clean, and everyone was friendly. I was traveling with my dog, who was welcome too. The $25 pet fee is much lower than at some other hotels I’ve used. There were great food options nearby as well. It was easy to get to from the highway on my way home from vacation, and I’d highly recommend it.

Chillicothe is gross, let’s be honest, but the room was nice and the breakfast was outstanding. I woke up without bed bug bites, which impressed me. Thanks for helping make our Valentine’s evening wonderful, and sorry about the sheets.

They allow pets, but the staff are very rude toward them. They also don't like you hanging around after checkout. They knock on your door before it's even time to leave and ask if you're going to check out, so make sure you have a ride ready.
