The rooms were okay, but my drain was clogged during the stay and a lamp was broken. The main problem was the front desk and what I can only call “management.” A woman refused to identify herself, told me Friday 02/20 that there was no manager after being rude and unprofessional, then three days later said she was the manager when I wanted to file a complaint. I asked for someone higher up and was ignored. Customer service was awful, and two other people were having similar problems with the same woman. She was rude, unprofessional, and had no customer service skills. Only stay here if you want the cops called when you question discrepancies in your reservation. This location itself isn't terrible, but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

We paid for a room, but after only fours there, the power went out throughout the whole building. We spent the night in the dark and freezing, with no electricity to run the heater. Our phones died, and we had no idea what time it was, so we had to charge them in our car. The ladies in the office said there was absolutely nothing they could do and told us to call corporate. Corporate only put it in the system and sent us back to the property office. When I called there, they apologized and said they'd get the manager, but then just hung up. I paid for a full-service room with heat and power, and couldn't even see myself in there all night. The customer service was just bad. They didn't even follow through on “They will always leave a light on for you.”

There were always people in the parking lot, including youngsters causing trouble, going up to rooms that weren't theirs, and knocking on doors. It didn't feel kid-friendly. You have to check in at a kiosk with someone halfway around the world, but still have to speak with the woman at the counter, who may give you attitude depending on who you get. We had to go back several times for a new key, and they made it work for only one night even though our stay was a week. On a later visit, we asked if she'd made it for the week and she got an attitude. My husband stood up for me, and she threatened to kick us out with no refund if he said another word, even though we'd barely checked in and were just asking simple questions. She'd been giving us attitude from the start. Don't ever stay here. Service sucks!

The housekeeping crew are all very polite and do their best to keep up with the guest rooms. Alex, the young man at the lobby or office kiosk, is especially pleasant and helpful whenever I need my room card recharged.

This was my second visit, and it went even better than the first. The room was spacious, clean, and well maintained, but it was the hospitality that will bring me back for a third stay. Wene, one of the housekeepers, is friendly, kind, welcoming, and loves pets. Alex at the front office kiosk and Adalid were lovely too. Because of my autism and knee injuries, getting accommodations can be difficult and dreadful, but once I explained my autism to Adalid and spoke up for myself, she was patient and understanding without making me feel different. She made me feel welcome. Thank you so much for that, and thanks to the staff for the great hospitality. Many blessings to Garcia family.
