Hotel Trilogy Albany Airport, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

The hotel has a modern, stylish look and a boutique feel that gives it some character. It felt fresh and very clean, and check-in with the front desk team was welcoming and efficient. It’s just minutes from the Albany airport, which is convenient if you’re traveling through ALB. Even so, the rooms were quiet and did a good job keeping out runway noise. I’d recommend it for a stay in Latham or near the airport. It feels a step above the usual chains.

I’ve stayed here many times and keep coming back for the comfortable rooms and friendly employees. The rooms don’t feel cramped, and the rates are reasonable. In my experience it’s quiet, too. I’ve read complaints about airport noise, but I barely hear the planes. The A/C units can be clunky and loud sometimes, though I’m sure the hotel knows about that and is taking steps to address it. One night a group downstairs had a party and wasn’t thinking about the other guests. I called the front desk and they stopped it. That wasn’t the hotel’s fault.

The hotel has a nice collection of tapestries, and the restaurant and bar are attached. Housekeeping, the fitness center, and the staff were all great. We stayed in December during 12-degree weather, and the fireplace in the lobby was a welcome touch. Parking is tight, and I wish they’d leave the morning coffee out a bit longer. Still, I’d definitely stay again.

We stayed on 2/17/2026. My wife and I travel separately, so both of us are listed on the folio. She checked in first, and I arrived later, but the front desk decided I wasn’t joining her and refused our beverage credit. They’d texted me to ask how things were, and I replied, so that should have been a clue I was there. I called and spoke with two people before being told I really needed to talk to Charles. No thanks. Keep the refused $15 beverage credit. Your front desk has earned the one-star review.
