The window AC units worked really well, and I liked the cable TV. The room was decent for the low price, and breakfast was included and decent too. There was a strange smell in the hotel or rooms, but I guess I got used to it. I'd stay again, as long as you don't expect a Hilton or some lavish hotel.

We booked a room with two queen beds. The sheets were very clean and the bathroom tidy. It had a microwave, fridge, large closet, full-length mirror, hairdryer, big cable TV, and paper cups with tea bags and brewed coffee. The price included hot breakfast and parking, and the lobby had coffee, creamer, hot water, and cold water. It's pet friendly and reasonably priced for a three star hotel in Chula Vista, very close to Tacos El Gordo. Service was great. Art was super nice and welcoming, helpful, and patient in sharing places to go in San Diego.

Sera was attentive and professional throughout, and her patience and positive attitude really stood out. She made sure everything went smoothly and made me feel valued. Her customer service was outstanding and deserves recognition. Thank you, Sera!

The room had a persistent light smell, perhaps from not enough ventilation, and the heating was very poor. Still, for an overnight stay this was almost value for money. It's right off the highway, the rooms are well soundproofed, and there's open parking on site plus daily breakfast.
