Jay has been so accommodating that I hate to leave. The place is surprisingly neat and clean, and worked well for our small family while we get back on our feet and look for something more stable. We hardly leave the room, so the people outside haven’t been an issue for us. I’d bring your own blankets. Jay is always welcoming, even when I woke him up, and he was still willing to help. Thanks for making us feel welcome. We needed that.

I expected less, but the stay was better than I thought it would be. The room looked recently updated with new furniture, and everything felt fresh and clean. It was really quiet, which matters a lot since I’m a light sleeper. I’d come back.
2/10
The place felt unsafe and awful, with drugs around and strange people nearby. The rooms were dirty, the floors hadn’t even been mopped, and nobody came to clean. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Jay, the younger guy, Sonya, the daytime audit, and Dinora with housekeeping keep the place running smoothly. It was clean, quiet, safe for my kids, and very affordable. I couldn’t have had a better stay. It’s near everything, including public transportation, so you can leave the car behind and visit the city. Downtown is about 20 minutes away by transit.

The rooms are incredible, and the staff are really nice. This is definitely my go-to when I’m in Chula Vista or need an affordable place near downtown.
