Centennial Station

Centennial is in a convenient spot near lots of shops and restaurants, and it’s about 17 minutes from both UC and Xavier, which works well for my boyfriend and me. We moved here in August and love it. Our one-bedroom is roomy, and the big dog park and poop bag stations are great for our dog. Maintenance is fantastic, really kind, and quick to respond. One time they arrived about five minutes after we put in an order. There are a couple of drawbacks. Since we’re on the first floor, we hear our upstairs neighbor’s footsteps and dog pretty loudly, which bothers me as a light sleeper, though it might not bother you. Parking near our apartment can be tough after 8 p.m., so sometimes we walk up the hill. The gate also seems to be broken most of the time.

The staff are friendly across the board, from the office to maintenance, and they’re helpful when something needs fixing. It’s a peaceful complex with a neighborhood feel, and I’ve loved living here. Rent is a bit high, but it’s in line with other places nearby. I do recommend it.

The management at Centennial Station has made a huge difference for me. They’re quick, kind, friendly, and accommodating. When my wheelchair slipped in the snow and rain, they added an accessible parking spot right by my building. Maintenance has helped in thoughtful ways too: one person installed my showerhead, and another picked up my mail because I was having trouble getting to the office in my wheelchair. I’m so glad I found this place. The complex is safe, clean, well kept, and the apartments are beautiful. My studio is spacious, with nice appliances and six gorgeous windows. As a wheelchair user, I got a first-floor apartment with a small patio opening onto grass, which will be perfect when I’m matched with my service dog in two months. The roads inside the complex are maintained well. During last week’s major snowstorm, my 30-minute drive turned into more than two hours, with several near misses as I almost went into a ditch on poorly cleared roads. When I got home, Centennial Station’s roads inside the gates were thoroughly plowed and salted, with plows coming through every 30 minutes or so. I feel confident maintenance would respond quickly if there were an emergency in my apartment, like no running water or broken heating. The location is handy, close to grocery stores and restaurants and a short drive from downtown Cincinnati. When I was apartment hunting, I read a million Google reviews, and the ones here were glowing. My own experience has matched them, and I hope this helps someone else searching for a place. I hope to live here for many years.

The apartments are really nice, and there’s a good mix of residents. I’ve never had trouble with noise or rude neighbors. The property manager and maintenance crew are kind, helpful, and very responsive. This is a great place to live.
