We didn’t need luxury or sweeping views, just a comfortable place to stop while traveling through VT, and this worked perfectly. The two-queen room was immaculate and comfortable. I expected ski season prices to be much higher, but this place was competitively priced. Convenient, clean, comfortable, affordable, and kind. Definitely recommend.

Things seemed fine when we arrived, but when we brought our service dogs into the room, two men rushed out of the office telling us dogs weren’t allowed. They were extremely rude and treated us like we were beneath them. They charged us an extra $150 for the service dogs, then said the dogs couldn’t be on the bed and that they’d take our deposit if there was any hair on the sheets. They treated us like crap instead of talking to us about it. The hotel room was nice, but the staff and owners weren’t. I’ll never stay there again.

We slept well, and the room was comfortable enough. It smelled clean when we arrived, though some people in my group got dirty feet walking around barefoot.

Claremont Motor Lodge was a great value for the price, and the location made it easy to get to local attractions while still feeling peaceful. My room was spotless, comfortable, and had what I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and check-in was easy. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
