The location was great, but I don’t think we’ll stay here again. The room didn’t feel secure because the door had a spot for a chain lock but no chain, so my husband pushed a table in front of it. The TV’s talk-over mode wouldn’t turn off, the beds made a loud noise whenever anyone moved, and the pillows felt like rocks. Water ran loudly in the tub all night, and no matter how tightly my husband turned the knobs, it wouldn’t stop. The man at the front desk was very nice, but there was a problem with my reservation and he wasn’t sure what to do. I showed that I’d paid already, and he gave us a room. I was grateful because we were tired and needed to get out of the car and stretch.

Both rooms smelled overwhelmingly musty and weren’t clean, and the chain lock on our door was broken. We decided to leave. The office reeked of cigarette smoke so badly I felt like vomiting, and every room opens onto the parking lot with no visible security cameras. There also seemed to be a long-term resident smoking in a chair outside my son’s room. If you’re worried about safety, don’t stay here. We found another hotel, checked out within ten minutes, and were told by the front desk clerk that we should be able to get a refund. After I filed a claim through my Southwest app, I was told the refund was in question because I hadn’t complained to the front desk. This is my complaint now, Rashana. If someone checks out ten minutes after arriving, that is a complaint.

I’ve stayed at motels on the East and especially West coast since I was a kid, and this is the best motel complex I’ve been to. It’s great value for the money. Treat people with respect and you’ll have an awesome time. Thanks to the front office for the service!

The room smelled like mold and dirt, the carpet was nasty, and I got sick during the night. The door needs replacing, as do the tub’s hot and cold handles, which don’t adjust properly. The website is false advertising. I put down a $100.oo deposit for a filthy room, and it better be back on our card today! Room #128 needs a complete overhaul.
