InTown Suites Extended Stay Clarksville

I booked and paid $500 for a week, but an emergency at home meant I had to leave after two days. The manager said she’d try to get me reimbursed for the unused nights. When I later asked for the refund, she said she couldn’t get it, so I got nothing back for the nights I didn’t stay. Basically, they kept my money. The whole place was awful. The rooms looked nothing like the pictures, and behind the beds, dressers, and chairs was filthy. The inside of the chairs looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years, and there was mouse and rat cc in the cabinets. People were running in and out loudly all night, and it looked to me like drugs were being sold from rooms and the parking lot. The building smelled of marijuana and cigarettes. I wouldn’t recommend staying here, especially with children. Think carefully before giving them your money.
