I stayed for two months and had no problems. For a very inexpensive motel, I got more than I expected. The owners make an effort to keep it clean and quiet, the maid comes to rooms every day even for long-term guests, and they respond to concerns quickly. There weren't any shady characters hanging around the parking lot. It's pet friendly too, with a very reasonable extra fee of $20 per week.

Clean room, fair price, and a gas station plus breakfast and dinner places right next door. The only drawback was that the hotel itself had no breakfast or coffee.

Absolutely disgusting. There was hair all over the sheets and pillows, and there were literally boogers on the wall that hadn't been cleaned off. The tub in 203 is broken. Just nasty.

A little run down, but okay for the price, and it was bug-free, which matters most to me. The outlets were placed really badly, though, making it inconvenient to use devices.

The room had flies and spiders, writing on the walls, and fixtures coming loose. We were charged $80 after booking a $61 room. My boyfriend had checked in without ID and was still given a key to room 310, but after we went out for food, it stopped working. At the office, the clerk said he couldn't help because there was no ID and couldn't find the reservation, even though it had been confirmed twice. He let us use my ID, then charged the higher price. I wouldn't recommend this place.
