The staff were so kind to us. We had deliveries sent there, and they brought them right up to our room. The hotel was clean and the staff professional, so I'd recommend looking into a stay here.

The rooms were lovely and clean, and the lobby was beautiful. I'll stay here again and recommend it, especially after trying lots of hotels in the area. Pat, who told me she was the breakfast attendant, was such a kind interaction. Her energy and willingness to help are a gift in hospitality, where so many people lack that. Talking with her made me start my day believing in the kindness of the world. Carrie at the front desk was very nice too. Parking close to the building is limited, but that's to be expected in this urban area.

The room was very large and spacious, and it could be a great place if they sorted out the services. We had no Internet TV, though a colleague in another room did. The internet was down for a whole day, and they couldn't tell us when it would be restored. My experience with the receptionists was mixed, though some were nice, especially in person.

We stayed three nights for a soccer tournament, and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was clean, had lots of options, and was well staffed and constantly refilled. We were on the 8th floor in room 811. The 24 hour fitness center was solid, and the spacious room came with the nice surprise of a full fridge and freezer. Beds were comfortable.
