This newly renovated getaway is close to the beach, restaurants, and Pier 60. You can watch dolphins swimming in the morning around 11 a.m.

The condo was so dirty we had to clean it before we could even unload the car. I paid for the place, then another 100.00 for cleaning supplies.

I met one of the owners first, and she was very nice. The condo smelled musty, like it had been empty for a while, so we opened the doors and windows. The fridge’s ice maker and water didn’t work. We told them and said it was fine, since we didn’t need those. I’m a clean person, so I cleaned the condo right away and let them know what I’d done so they wouldn’t think we caused any of it. I even cleaned the outdoor furniture, front and back. I didn’t clean the floors. We paid 5000 for one week, and then our car was towed because we forgot to put the sign in the window for 10 minutes while going down to fix it. It cost 170 dollars plus a cab fee to get the car back. Do yourself a favor and staycation, it’s less stressful. Clearwater beach and dockside are a money pit.
