The location is fantastic, but breakfast was awful, and the restaurant felt unkempt. People were using it as a passageway from outside. I also felt uncomfortable with how much of the hotel seemed geared toward Muslim guests: there were four Arabic TV stations, a prayer room for Muslims but none for Christians, Arabic signs and pamphlets, and someone in the Internet Cafe playing a Saudi Arabia newsfeed loudly. I’m not opposed to Muslims visiting the Cleveland Clinic, but I would have liked to know beforehand that the hotel caters to them.

The room and bed were clean, though the hotel feels worn and due for a remodel. Amenities are limited, but this is the lowest-priced of the Clinic hotels, and it’s convenient to Cleveland Clinic. A bus runs every 20 minutes to anywhere in the complex. There were many Arabic guests, and the signs and TV stations reflect that. I’d stay again and recommend it to someone looking for a safe, economical place near the clinic. If you’re expecting marble walls, gold fixtures, cable TV, internet, food service, and all the other services of a three- or four-star hotel, you’ll be disappointed.

The reviewer seems to judge an entire group by their skin color, country, language, and religion. There’s nothing Christian about that. She sounds like the sort of person who watches and believes Fox News, and thinks being Christian means condemning people for their sexuality or beliefs. Jesus taught, “whatsoever you do to the least of my brothers, you do unto me.” Maybe try letting that guide your life. Seriously, Arabic TV channels are a problem? And a prayer room? What century are you from? Should the hotel warn people that guests with brown skin who pray to Allah might be there? What would that even sound like, “Please note, potential customers, there may be brown people here. Caveat emptor!”

The service was excellent, with friendly, professional staff, and the place was very clean and convenient. We had a little trouble with the elevator during our visit, but there’s free parking in P1 when the lot fills up. I’d stay here again.
